PVC waste
Acceptance of PVC window frames, doors and roller shutters
The above-mentioned devitrified PVC waste can be handed in free of charge at the recycling center at Löbstedter Str. 56.
The following restrictions/exclusions apply.

Acceptance criteria
The following acceptance criteria must be observed for free delivery:
Acceptance of window frames and sashes:
- with fittings, metal parts, reinforcing iron core, rubber seals
- delivered with adhering plaster residues or assembly foam
- De-glazed (without glass)
Roller shutter panels must be delivered without shaft and without belt.
Doors must be delivered without glass and also without panels (door leaf).
If the above acceptance criteria are not met, the PVC waste will be accepted for a fee.
Examples, chargeable acceptance:
- Materials from fire damage
- Window sills with paper foil
- Wooden windows and wooden roller shutters
- Wooden windows with soft PVC cladding ("GDR plastic windows")
- PVC windows and profiles with glass fiber material
