Car wash

Our car wash - for private customers as well as commercial vehicles - is a fully automatic Christ 3-brush car wash for:

  • Trucks (also with trailer)
  • Articulated lorries
  • Tankers and silo vehicles
  • Buses
  • Motorhomes and caravans
  • Small vehicles and cars

Roof superstructures are also no problem. Vehicles of any length, up to 4.20 m high and up to 2.60 m wide can be washed.

Washing process

  • The self-propelled wash gantry moves fully automatically forwards and backwards on rails over the positioned vehicle.
  • The side brushes wash the front, side and rear sections in the forward and return flow. The roof brush washes the front, top and rear of the vehicle, following the contours of the vehicle in forward and reverse motion.(Christ 3 brush system)
  • The brushes are controlled and moved electronically. In special cases, manual operation is also possible.
  • Shampoo in the supply line and drying additives in the return line are automatically added to the wash water.
  • There is no drying system.
  • In case of acute soiling, we offer a pre-wash of the vehicle.


The car wash is operated with a computer-controlled biological waste water treatment and process water recovery system.
