Towing service

The KSJ carries out vehicle towing and relocation orders on behalf of Jena City Council (Municipal Order Department).

How do I get my vehicle back?

The towed vehicles are stored at our depot at Löbstedter Straße 68 and can be collected there daily during business hours from 06:00 to 18:00 and outside business hours from 18:00 to 22:00.

An on-call service is responsible for returning the vehicles between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. There is an additional charge for this service.

After 18:00 only cash payment is possible.
