Service office

We operate a service office for our customers in the city center of Jena. It is located in the Stadtwerke Jena customer center at Saalstraße 8a.

From May 2026, KSJ employees will be personally available to deal with citizens' concerns at the following times

  • Tuesday, Thursday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m
  • Wednesday: 2 - 6 p.m

Outside of our "on-site service hours", the employees of the Stadtwerke Jena Customer Center are also available to assist you with your concerns about the KSJ as follows

  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m
  • Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m

We offer these services here:

  • Waste advice
  • Registration for the collection of refrigerators, televisions and large electrical appliances
  • Registration for the collection of bulky waste (bulky waste dates)
  • Placing orders with the container service
  • Settlement of fee notices and invoices
  • Notification of changes to property owners and waste containers
  • Commissioning the delivery of waste containers (subject to a charge)
  • Note: Self-collection exclusively at the KSJ Service Center, Löbstedter Straße 56

  • Information on all services provided by Kommunalservice Jena

    Payment can be made conveniently by EC card and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
