Appeal for household items and children's articles

The new swap house will be a place where you can swap household goods and children's items, among other things, probably from mid-October 2023. The aim is to save resources and promote reuse in Jena.

How can you donate?

Please bring the donation, preferably packed in boxes and labeled, to Kommunalservice Jena Löbstedter Straße 56, 07749 Jena. The drop-off is marked and can take place during the opening hours of the Recycling Center North. In the period from September 11 to 29, 2023, you can hand in clean, usable items that are simply too good to throw away.

What items are we looking for?

• Household goods (including cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, crockery)
• Children's toys
• Books and magazines
• Movies, radio plays (no VHS or cassettes)
• Vases and flower pots
• Baby carriages, baby carriage seats and bicycles

Important: No electrical appliances or furniture will be accepted!
