The distribution of the signpost with waste calendar to all households in the city of Jena and the associated districts will begin on November 24, 2025. Delivery by Funke Post (Funke Mediengruppe) should be completed by November 29, 2025 at the latest. We therefore ask you to refrain from making telephone inquiries about distribution until then. Please note: The signpost will only be posted where there is no refusal of advertising. Households that have refused advertising will not receive a signpost.
No distribution in large residential complexes
In order to conserve resources, there has been no distribution in the large housing estates of Lobeda and Winzerla since 2024. Residents of these areas can collect the signpost with the 2026 waste calendar from the following locations if required
- The office and janitor's offices of the Carl Zeiss eG housing cooperative in Lobeda and Winzerla
- Joint service center of the Stadtwerke Jena Group
- Lobeda and Winzerla district offices
- Service center and recycling depots of Kommunalservice Jena (KSJ)

Digital offers: The guide with waste calendar is also available to download digitally from the KSJ website. From the turn of the year, the collection dates for 2026 can be called up online. An individual calendar (PDF) can be created with the online waste disposal calendar and imported into iCal applications if required. Further information can be found at ksj.jena.de.
