LED lights, energy-saving lights and fluorescent tubes

They do not belong in household waste! These lights contain harmful substances and must be handed in and disposed of separately, e.g.

  • at KSJ recycling centers
  • at the Schafstoffmobil
  • at the KSJ service office, Saalstraße 9
  • at many points of sale
  • at Stadtwerke Energie Jena-Pößneck, Rudolstädter Str. 39

The collection and recycling of energy-saving lamps is organized by Lightcycle Retourlogistik und Service GmbH. This is a joint venture of the lamp manufacturers.

These two lights can be disposed of in the black garbage can (residual waste).
