Kommunalservice Jena focuses on more recycling - less CO₂

Kommunalservice Jena has been actively committed to a functioning circular economy since 2020 and is continuously increasing the amount of recycled PVC. While we started with 11 tons in 2020, we were able to increase the amount to an impressive 20 tons per year by 2024.

This commitment is paying off: our recycling has enabled us to save up to 40 tons of CO₂ compared to new PVC production in 2024.

Our commitment to environmental protection is paying off - and we will continue to do so!
