Kommunalservice Jena soon in the Stadtwerke customer center - note closing days

From May 2026, KSJ staff will be available to answer citizens' concerns in person at the following times

  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
  • Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00
  • Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

The move will bring central services of general interest even closer together.

Please note: The previous KSJ service office at Saalstraße 9 can only be reached up to and including April 28. The office will be closed on April 29 and 30 due to the move.

As of May 5, Kommunalservice Jena will be available in person for the first time at the new location at Saalstraße 8a during the above-mentioned opening hours.
